Using prayer or mala beads:
Prayer and meditation practice has been used as a powerful tool for centuries to calm, regroup, heal and spiritually evolve into our best selves. Each bead is touched or held as you recite a prayer, mantra(affirmation), or sutra(intention). A traditional wrist mala has 21 or 27 beads.
Amethyst with Sandalwood, Riverstone or Onyx:
Amethyst is the stone or protection; it is combined with the Hamsa hand also a sign or blessing of protection. Each wrist mala has 7 semiprecious gemstones, with 14 grounding beads in either sandalwood, riverstone, or onyx with silver plated or brass accents. The regular size mala is 7.5 inches and fits most wrists, the larger size is 8.5 inches.
Each mala comes with a bag, mala information, and sacred intention
Intention or Sutra: I Am Protected
Paired with a prayer, affirmation, or intention of what you hold sacred, the mala can be a means of generating more of what you want in your life.
Due to each mala being handmade and the nature of gemstones each mala will vary slightly. Properties of stones are legend and belief are not meant to be medical treatments. Although each mala comes with a suggested intention or sutra, they are just suggestions, ultimately, you are the only one who knows.
