Return Policy Update – Broken Bracelets

Effective January 2018

If your customer returns any merchandise that is over 90 days old, please share our return policy so that your customer may work with us directly for a replacement.

Alternatively, stores may return the items to us, and we will invoice the $10 replacement fee to the store directly. There is no additional shipping charge for replacements.

We want you to feel good about your purchases, so we stand behind our products with a 30-day guarantee. All products may be returned to us, within 30 days of purchase, for any reason.

We do our best to ensure that all our products meet the highest possible standards. We source authentic, quality gemstones from around the world, and string them on the strongest cord available. Even so, breakage occurs from time to time.

Broken items may be exchanged free of charge, within 90 days of purchase. If your bracelet is over 90 days old, please return the bracelet materials (in a padded mailer only, please) and a $10 fee (checks made payable to MAI or Made As Intended) to cover shipping and handling, and we will send you a replacement.
